  • Kevin O'Donnell,
    Managing Director

    Kevin is the former CEO of SIFCO Industries – a 90 year-old family founded, publicly traded company. SIFCO served 90% of the world's major airlines in the repair of turbine engine components and the majority of jet engine and airframes manufacturers of forgings.

    In addition to SIFCO, he was a consultant with Booz, Allen and General Manager of Atlas Alloys, the U.S. marketing arm of Atlas Steels of Canada.

    Kevin served in the Peace Corps as Country Director of Korea. He returned from Korea to become the Director of Finance and Administration of Peace Corps, followed by a position as Head of the Peace Corps.

    Kevin has served on the Boards of Directors of RPM, Inc., Ferro Corporation, Lesco Inc., Lamson & Sessions Co., Union Commerce Corp. and private companies such as National Machinery Co., Central Park Media, Doyle Pacific Industries, Ltd., and Capital Strategies, Inc., each of which has a strong family ownership and involvement.

    In the not for profit sector, Kevin has served in a variety of activities in areas like, Drug and Alcohol Addiction, Diocesan Finances, Council on World Affairs, Undergraduate and Graduate Collage Boards and Visiting Committees.

    In addition to heading our Family Business practice, Kevin is Managing Director of OD & A and works on projects in all of our practice areas.

    Kevin is an alumnus of Kenyon College, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.


     

    Hugh O'Donnell

     

    Hugh O’Donnell heads OD & A’s Banking and Finance practice.

    Hugh has over 20 years of experience as a commercial lender in the banking sector. He focused on the small to mid-size markets. His credit specialties include government-assisted financing, public policy financing, and finding creative solutions to clients’ financing issues.

    Hugh is a current committee member of the Growth Capital Corporation loan review committee, and two government loan committees.

    Hugh has management consulting experience, in the assessment of and implementation of management information decision systems, primarily in the retail arena.

    Hugh is a graduate of St. Leo University, and holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.


     

    Megan Patton

    Megan Patton heads our Strategic Planning services. She has worked in the consulting practice of Ernst & Young, both in the in the U.S. and internationally. She has expertise in strategic visioning, process re-design, performance consulting, facilitation, and organizational learning development.

    Megan has been a small business owner and has worked within family businesses. As a management consultant for a British strategy firm, she worked with three major steel companies.

    Megan is also a seasoned grant writer and financial development professional.

    Prior to her business career, Megan served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal.

    Megan holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an AB degree from Kenyon College.


     

    Charlotte Noble 

    Our work with non-profits is led by Charlotte Still Noble. Charlotte has over 25 years experience working with local, regional, and nationally based non profit organizations, with a specialty in working with church-related organizations.

    Charlotte has chaired the Professional Leadership section of the National Council of Churches in the USA,  co-chairs the Operations Committee of the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County and is a director of the AIDS Funding Collaborative.

    Beyond the non-profit sector, Charlotte also has started, developed and sold a small business.

    Charlotte holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Masters of Divinity from Yale University.


     

    Neil O'Donnell

    Neil O’Donnell heads our Market Research division. Neil has over 20 years of marketing experience, primarily in a small business he owned, developed and sold.

    In addition to his experience as a small business owner, Neil has experience in banking and retail sales.

    Neil received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University.


     

    Carla Kowalski 

    Carla Kowalski manages all office functions within O’Donnell & Associates.

    Carla is experienced in leadership development in community based non-profits organizations, including cultural arts, boards of education and boards of election.

    Carla also has worked as a professional mediator and brings those skills to her work with clients.

    She is a graduate of Kent State University.
