Megan is a seasoned management consultant, with over 15 years of direct consulting experience. She has worked both in the U.S. and internationally, with Ernst & Young, LLP. Additionally, she worked with two smaller, boutique consulting firms.  

Megan has expertise in strategic visioning, process re-design, performance consulting, facilitation, and organizational learning development.

Prior to her business career, Megan served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal.

Megan holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an AB degree from Kenyon College.

Hugh has over 22 years of experience as a commercial lender in the Cleveland Banking marketplace. He has focused on the small to mid-size markets with a specialty in government-assisted financing, public policy financing, and finding creative solutions to clients' financing issues.

Hugh is a former ten year committee member of The Growth Capital loan review committee, and has served on two government loan committees. He was a former Investment Manager of the ShoreBridge Capital Mezzanine Fund.

Hugh has management consulting experience, in the assessment of and implementation of management information decision systems, primarily in the retail arena.

He is a graduate of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
